Inclusive healthcare access

Accessibility

How Medical Docs approaches accessible design and how to tell us when an experience creates a barrier.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Our approach

Medical Docs aims to make healthcare discovery and account workflows usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility is considered across navigation, content structure, forms, colour contrast and responsive layouts.

The platform is continually improving and may not yet meet every user’s needs in every workflow or on every assistive technology combination.

Supported interaction

  • Clear page headings and descriptive labels for core navigation and forms.
  • Keyboard-operable links, buttons and account controls.
  • Visible focus states and readable colour contrast across public pages.
  • Responsive layouts designed for zoomed and smaller-screen experiences.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images where available.

Requesting assistance

If a Medical Docs page, document or workflow is difficult to use, contact support@medicaldocs.in. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your device or browser and the assistive technology being used, if applicable.

Support can help identify an alternative way to access information while the underlying issue is reviewed.

Accessibility feedback

Accessibility feedback is reviewed as part of ongoing product improvement. Please do not include medical records, passwords or one-time passwords in a general support message.
