Information covered by this notice

Medical Docs processes information needed to create accounts, connect patients with healthcare providers and support records, appointments and related services.

  • Account and contact information, such as name, email address and mobile number.
  • Profile information supplied by patients and healthcare providers.
  • Health records, prescriptions, reports and appointment information added through the platform.
  • Technical, security and activity information used to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested platform features, maintain accounts, support care coordination, verify provider profiles, process authorised transactions, respond to support requests and protect the service from misuse.

Medical Docs does not treat permission to access a record as permanent. Access should follow the patient controls and workflow presented in the product.

Sharing and connected care

Information may be shared with a healthcare provider when a patient initiates a booking, order, record-sharing action or another connected-care workflow. Service providers supporting hosting, communications or payments may process limited information for their assigned purpose.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid legal process or to protect users and the platform from harm.

Your choices

  • Review and update available account and profile information.
  • Use the platform controls to manage provider access where that feature is available.
  • Contact support about correction, access or deletion requests.
  • Sign out of shared devices and protect account credentials and one-time passwords.

Retention, security and contact

Medical Docs applies technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational requirements and comply with applicable obligations. Questions and requests can be sent to support@medicaldocs.in.
