Using Medical Docs
By creating an account or using Medical Docs, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account.
Healthcare information and emergencies
Medical Docs helps users discover providers and manage connected healthcare activity. The platform does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and content published on the platform is for general information unless a qualified professional states otherwise.
Medical Docs is not an emergency service. In India, call 112 or visit the nearest emergency department when urgent medical help is required.
Provider profiles and services
Healthcare providers are responsible for maintaining accurate qualifications, registration details, services, fees, availability and contact information. Verification indicates completion of the platform review shown on the profile; it is not a guarantee of a particular medical outcome.
Appointments, consultations, tests, medicines and other services are delivered by the relevant provider. Any service-specific conditions shown during booking or ordering also apply.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices, cancellation conditions and any available refund information should be shown during the relevant transaction. Refund eligibility may depend on the service, provider status and payment outcome. Contact support if a transaction is not reflected correctly.
Acceptable use
- Do not access another person’s account or records without valid authorisation.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content.
- Do not interfere with platform security, availability or normal operation.
- Do not misuse provider information, patient information or communication tools.
Availability and changes
Features may change as Medical Docs improves the platform or responds to operational and legal requirements. Reasonable steps are taken to keep services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Material updates to these terms will be reflected on this page. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
