What may be reviewed
- Identity and role information submitted during onboarding.
- Professional registration details for doctors where applicable.
- Facility, laboratory, pharmacy or supply-business documents relevant to the selected role.
- Profile ownership, service location and public contact information.
Profile status
Only active and approved profiles are eligible for public discovery. Profiles can remain pending, be rejected, suspended or unpublished when required information is incomplete, expired, inconsistent or under review.
What verification does not mean
Verification is not a guarantee of treatment results, product suitability, continuous availability or future conduct. Patients and healthcare buyers should still review the visible profile, ask relevant questions and make decisions appropriate to their needs.
Ongoing accuracy
- Providers are responsible for keeping public details current.
- Time-sensitive credentials may require renewed documentation.
- Medical Docs may request additional information or change a profile's status.
- Users can report inaccurate or concerning public information for review.
Privacy and public records
Only approved public summaries should appear on marketplace profiles. Private identity documents, patient records and confidential business documents are not intended for public display.
